As today we didn't have school (yeeeeeeeeei) I had actually the time to start working on my new page "Let's eat" ... My first recipe was nutella-cookie brownies .As I couldn't find anything similar on the internet I decided to mix two recipes add some imagination and voila !
I tryed really hard not to mess this up and not to burn the kitchen as well ...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) .Grease and flour a square pan .
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour,salt,cocoa powder.

- 145gr unsalted butter
- 65gr cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 75gr all purpose flour
- 155gr white sugar
- 70gr nutella
- 10 choc-chip biscuits
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) .Grease and flour a square pan .
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour,salt,cocoa powder.
In a saucepan add the butter and let it melt for 3 minutes .
In a large bowl beat eggs on high speed (1min) .
Add sugar and beat for another 4 minutes . Blend in the butter and vanilla
Add the flour mixture about 1/2 cup at a time and mix until it is just incorporated into the batter.
