How to achieve your resolutions


Every January everyone seems ready for a huge change ! Whether it is about losing weight or become a better student etc. The new year's motivation don't last .
But this year you will accoplish your goals and you'll not quit all right?

Plan is the secret

If you want to stay motivated take paper and pen and write down your goals .
Seperate them in immediate actions,short term plans,long term plans .
After every small or big  accoplishmemt reward yourself for example if you have planned to lose 10 pounds when you lose them go shopping to celebrate your success.
Star keeping a journal with your progress . 


Decide your goals
Make up your mind about what you want to accompilsh through the year based on what is more important for you.Set realistic goals which lead to bigger one (baby steps) .For instance if you want to become an excellet student start by improving your marks and be happy with progress you make and don't expect to become succesful overnight ! But remember hard work pays of ! 

You better work !
Start immediately working on your dreams and don't let anyone bring you down .Remember whatever happens you only  fail when you stop trying . Im not gonna lie to you it is hard to commit to do something new and difficult .But it feels so good when you see the results ! 

Warnings:

Don't you ever give up . 
A bad day or week means nothing ,keep on going !
Everything is hard until it's easy.
You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great.
Don't listen to those who're trying to bring you down. Cut off negative people from your life.
 

Also something amazing I read yesterday on tumblr which just fits perfectly right now :


Binge on life. Purge negativity. Starve guilty feelings. Restrict unhappy thoughts. Count blessings, not calories. The only weight you ever need to lose is the weight of the world on your shoulders.
